Located in Central New York, Eva's European Sweets has been the home for Authentic Polish cuisine for 26 years.
Eva’s is open for Dine-in & Take-out, Tuesday through Saturday. She features a daily selection of authentic Polish dishes from the freshest of ingredients. From her Pierogi, Bigos stew, and the Hungarian take on traditional placki, each meal is individually and carefully made individually with full attention to the flavors and traditions of Polonia.
Don’t forget to check out Eva’s dessert case as you walk in – it’s full of homemade cakes, pies and cheesecakes. With the rotating menu of desserts, you’re guaranteed to find something to make your mouth water. If you’re too full, take a piece home!

Pierogi, Kielbasa, Golabki, and green beans. All available by order and in large quantities.

Greek chicken salad- iceberg & romaine lettuce, black olives, feta cheese, red cabbage, red onions, cherry tomatoes, mixed with garlic vinaigrette, topped with marinated sauteed chicken strips, and served with homemade tzatziki sauce
Cheddar, Garlic, Potato Pierogi with bacon topped with sauteed onions and served with sour cream

Golabki- stuffed cabbage with ground beef, rice, spices, baked in a homemade tomato sauce (Gluten Free)
Seasoned burger cooked well done. Server on a kaiser roll with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles, also with a side salad.
Polish beer- Zyweic lager beer served with polish raspberry syrup
Polish style Gnocchi- pasta like dumplings topped with butter, parmesan cheese, and sour cream
Mushroom Croquettes- crepes filled with mushrooms, onions, and bread crumbs- breaded and pan fried, topped with a creamy mushroom suace
Grubbys Hoagie- ham, turkey, red roasted peppers, feta cheese, black olives, spinach, and garlic vinaigrette, served on a sub roll
